I’m a global educator, attorney, writer, and curious observer of how people and ideas move through the world.

My career has been shaped by international education and law, two fields that constantly cross borders of their own. I work at the intersection of education, policy, global engagement, and institutional strategy, with a particular interest in the ways technology and new ideas are changing how we learn, connect, and navigate an increasingly complicated world.

Global Edvocate grew from that curiosity. It is a place for me to explore questions that do not always fit neatly within one discipline: who gets to cross borders and who does not, how laws and institutions shape human experience, what universities owe the people they serve, how artificial intelligence may change our work and our thinking, and what we can learn by paying closer attention to the world around us.

My writing draws on professional experience but also on travel, conversation, observation, and the occasional question I cannot stop thinking about. I am less interested in having all the answers than in asking better questions and following them somewhere interesting.
